BWell Lounge currently has three clinic rooms available for rent at our location at 75 Dawson Manor Blvd, Newmarket, ON L3X 2H5. The space is suited to health, wellness, and beauty professionals who want to run their practice in a modern, fully equipped clinic environment without the overhead of building one from scratch.
Whether you need a full-time private room or a few fixed days per week, we offer flexible rental options designed for independent practitioners who take their work seriously.

THE Space

The clinic already operates as a multidisciplinary wellness centre. We offer psychotherapy, IV therapy, and other health services on-site. That means the clients walking through our doors are already invested in their health and well-being. You're not starting from zero. You're joining an established clinic with an existing client base and a reputation in the Newmarket and York Region community.

Our address at 75 Dawson Manor Blvd is easily accessible with free on-site parking, which your clients will appreciate. The waiting room, common areas, and washrooms are shared and well-maintained.
Pricing
We offer two rental structure depending on how much access you need
Private Room - $1,350/month
Your own dedicated treatment room with full-time access. Furnish it your way, keep your supplies in place, and make the space your own. Ideal for practitioners with a full or near-full client schedule who want consistency and control over their workspace.
Shared Room - From $300/month
1 fixed day: $300/month. 2 fixed days: $475/month. 3 fixed days: $650/month. Shared rooms are fully furnished treatment spaces that you use on your designated days. Great for building your practice, splitting time between locations, or if you don't yet need full-time space.
All pricing includes a furnished treatment room, access to the waiting room and common areas, Wi-Fi,
utilities, washrooms, and free parking. No hidden fees.
