It’s a purpose-built wellness clinic with a warm, modern interior designed for client-facing healthcare and beauty services. The environment is clean, professional, and welcoming, the kind of space that makes your clients feel comfortable the moment they walk in.

The clinic already operates as a multidisciplinary wellness centre.
We offer psychotherapy, IV therapy, and other health services on-site. That means the clients walking through our doors are already invested in their health and well-being. You’re not starting from zero. You’re joining an established clinic with an existing client base and a reputation in the Newmarket and York Region community.

Are the rooms available immediately?
Availability changes as practitioners join. Contact us directly to find out which room options are currently open and what start dates are possible.
Can I bring my own furniture or equipment?
For private rooms, yes. You can set up the space to suit your practice. Shared rooms come furnished and are used by multiple practitioners, so permanent modifications aren’t possible in those.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. All practitioners renting at BWell Lounge are required to carry their own professional liability insurance. This is standard for independent practice.
Is there a minimum lease term?
Contact us at 416-667-1552 to discuss lease terms and what works best for your situation. We’re open to arrangements that make sense for both sides.
Can I see clients outside of my fixed days in a shared room?
Shared room access is limited to your fixed days. If your schedule grows and you need more days, we can discuss upgrading your rental or moving to a private room.
Do you provide any marketing or promotion for renters?
