Frequently Asked Questions
What ages do you work with?
BWell Lounge primarily works with adults 18 years and older. Availability for younger clients may vary depending on the service and practitioner.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Where is BWell Lounge located?
We’re at 75 Dawson Manor Blvd, Newmarket, ON L3X 2H5, just off the Davis Drive corridor near Upper Canada Mall. Free parking is available on site. We serve clients from Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, and across York Region.
