Before your visit

Virtual initial consultation60 minutes
Your first visit is a virtual consultation with our naturopathic doctor, who reviews your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition and current concerns in detail.
Together, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include dietary guidance, supplementation, botanical medicine, or lifestyle strategies.
Follow-up appointments30 minutes
Follow-up consultations provide time to review how things are going, adjust your treatment plan, and address any new or ongoing concerns.

If you’d like, and with your consent, your psychotherapist and naturopathic doctor can communicate about your care.

What ages do you work with?
BWell Lounge primarily works with adults 18 years and older. Availability for younger clients may vary depending on the service and practitioner.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Where is BWell Lounge located?
We're at 75 Dawson Manor Blvd, Newmarket, ON L3X 2H5, just off the Davis Drive corridor near Upper Canada Mall. Free parking is available on site. We serve clients from Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, and across York Region.
