That's exactly what the free consultation is for. Many of our clients come in knowing something feels off — low energy, persistent stress, skin issues, pain that won't go away — but aren't sure which service is the right fit. We'll listen to what's going on and point you in the right direction.

Many of our services are covered by private extended health benefit plans in Ontario. Psychotherapy with a registered psychotherapist, registered massage therapy, and naturopathic medicine are the most commonly covered. IV therapy and facials are typically not covered. We offer direct billing where your plan allows it, and we can help you understand your coverage before you commit.

Many of our clients see a psychotherapist for mental health and a naturopathic doctor for physical health, or combine massage therapy with psychotherapy for stress and pain management. Your practitioners can coordinate with your consent so your care plan is connected, not fragmented.
